She will not sit and play with anything. Wants to climb all over me, but when i pick her up, she instantly wants to get down. I put her down, she wants to get back up. She won’t spend any time on her play mat with her toys. Is more interested in things that arent her toys… phones, remotes, wipes etc. She is very fussy, whines all day. Pulls my glasses off my face, scratches me, pulls my hair and earrings. She ends up spending more time than i’d like in her walker because i’m out of options! I can’t get anything done round the house. I’m so overstimulated all the time!

My LG will sit and play sometimes but she is doing all the other stuff, whining, hitting, scratching, etc so I think that's pretty normal

Yes I could literally write this!!😂 my boy has been exactly the same ever since he turned 8 months and started crawling & pulling up. He now spends 90% of his time standing at the sofa next to me, whining to come up but doesn't actually want to be up. I can't play with him on the floor as he's simply just not interested. Treats me as a climbing frame 24/7 and will play with anything other than his toys😅 he will pull my hair if he can get hold of it, and he grips onto my nose or mouth which often scratches

Sounds like my son too 😭

My little girl is exactly the same. However, I lean in to it instead of fighting it. I put her toys on the sofa, close to me, and she stands up on the floor and plays on the sofa. Eventually, she comes over and hugs my legs. I will put some nursery rhymes on in the background and they will do a bit of entertainment too.
As to the hair and scratching now is a good time to start teaching 'gentle handies'. And showing what you mean and just holding their hand when they go a bit too hard.
I still have times where she whines constantly but it's usually out of boredom. So I have a playmat down stairs, a playmat upstairs and a playpen in the garden to switch it all up

Yes exact same here too
