We found out we’re having a little boy and luckily already had the name River picked out, from when I was pregnant with our daughter 🩷
We’re just struggling to agree on a middle name 😆
I love the name Phoenix, so much I’d use it as a first name. My husband says all anyone will think of is the actor from the 90’s.. while I think it’ll be a thought people have, I don’t think it’s a big enough reason to not use the name!! 🤷♀️
He loves Fox.. I do like it but think it might be just a little too unusual for my taste? I like uncommon names but not too far out there!! 🦊
We do both love the name Flynn.. I just can’t compare it to my love for Phoenix 😂

River phoenix just makes the think of the actor straight away, he’ll get it from so many strangers when he’s older.
River Flynn is the best option and sounds so nice together 👏🏽

River phoenix and river fox sounds like animals that come from rivers, but still usable if you like that! But I like river Flynn best
River, Phoenix and Fox are all names on our list for potential boy names, so obviously I already think they’re all pretty cool!
River Phoenix reminds me of the actor. as soon as I saw your post with the poll and before I read what you’d written, I thought I’d the actor so I agree with your husband on this one.
