Sweep at 40 +2 weeks
I had a sweep yesterday and as soon as I got home I noticed a lot of brown discharge.
Fast forward to today and I’m still having brown discharge… should I be concerned and ring the midwife or just see what happens?

No issue in ringing to check
It's probably your mucous plug, which is normal to experience after a sweep. It's interesting that your midwife didn't tell you what to expect or what to do in the case of something like this happening, but I would ring back just in case they wanted you to of you did have a show!
If it's a lot, then would ring the midwife. I had my sweep and was told that light spotting is expected afterwards (which also happened)
No completely normal. I was having that for days after my sweep
