We have new neighbors that moved in last weekend and so far every morning at 6:20am their dogs bark outside. Our bedroom window is basically right next to where their yard is so very easy to hear. The dogs bark for maybe 3-4 minutes before they bring them in. It wakes me up every time though. Do I say something? (I’m also pregnant and have a toddler so I really value my sleep😩)
Another side note… we quickly introduced ourselves when they moved in and they seemed nice enough when we met. I just don’t want to seem like a complaining neighbor.

maybe in the meantime you could use a white noise machine? we sleep with one because my dad lives with us and can be pretty loud lol and it really helps a lot
It depends on how important it is to you. As they might not see it as a big deal.
The way I think of it is my fiance leaves for work most mornings 5:30 our dog dosent wanna be outside that early but she needs to go out especially if im gonna be out to maybe there leaving the dog out there hoping it goes potty a couple more times. My dog will sit there and bark at first but then goes pee 2 times and comes back in .
My dogs bark when they’re outside to let us know to let them back in !! Especially if it’s that early in the morning, your neighbors are probably getting ready for the day and not standing there watching them until they’re done. Not much either party can do, they’re dogs outside, so maybe invest in a white noise machine?? I love the hatch !!

I have 4 dogs and when they’re being too noisy when the baby’s sleeping I crank that thing up 👏😂
