I use wild nutrition, they are food grown. There are some others on Healf. I’d love to try the perelel ones but there are expensive. But if you can afford there’s a podcast by the skinny confidential on them 🥰
For 14 weeks I used Procieve , bit pricy so I waited for discount on the websites. They were great as I felt energetic, full from food and overall well. Midwife appointments were good because my bloods/ urine showed good levels of supplement intake. but it did bring on my dry heaving nausea more, I changed to taking them at night to see if it would settle it was 50/50 so at 14 weeks I changed to taking Omega 3, iron, B12 (I’m pescatarian), vitamin D,C and Zinc and still got good results at my appointment
Despite the nausea I stuck with Procieve to make sure my folic acid intake was good up to 12 wks. So 14 weeks later currently 28wks I’ve had no issues taking the new 5 supplements after doing research and talking to midwife about the change.
