11dpo - am I out?

So according to my LH spike I ovulated later in my cycle than my expected 14 days. I have had some sharp short twinges low down central over the last couple of days but my period is supposed to have started today according to app - attached photo of BBT tracking and test but pretty sure it’s negative but it was an easy@home so not sure if that would detect it?
