Induction

So I’m supposed to be getting induced today due to having OC , my choice for the induction was to get the gel as I chose that with my first and had a good birth experience with that.. and ive just got a phone call from the doctor on the labour ward saying there’s been a problem on the labour ward and the only way I can get induced is if I get the dilapan which is the little rods which means I can go home till things happen.. I do not want this form of induction and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do or say, I live over an hour away from the hospital so don’t want to go home in case something happens and I don’t make it back in time and my auntie is taking me to the hospital but she can’t take me to and from due to work so I’ll also have no way of getting back.. just feeling really stressed about it and not sure what I’m supposed to do, I know things can happen and it can’t be helped but they’ve left it really late to tell me as I’m supposed to go in soon ..
