First shoes/socks

I normally have my baby with socks or barefoot at home (I have carpet). At nursery I send him with normal socks. He is not able to walk yet but he is always looking to stand up and successfully does if he doesn't slip due to the material of the floor. I am looking for a shoe/sock where he can securely stand without sliding. At nursery they have hardwood floor and it is very slippy and I worry he cannot stand up because he is constantly slipping or worse, he achieves to stand up and falls after slipping once he stands up and husrts himself. Thank you!

I have pre walker shoes start rite but Clark’s do them too.

Look at slipper socks as they are grippy

Pre walker Clarkes they measure for you 🙂

My baby is much more sturdy barefoot. When I put shoes on her she goes a bit bambi on ice cause she can't feel the floor x

H&M do gripper socks

Grippy socks or just bare feet ? The latter is good for them anyway for the sensory element . I also read it helps develop their arches if they’re barefoot when learning to walk
