Struggling with anger plz help!!!

Most of my reactions are normal honestly Ik many would be upset or angry with what life has thrown at me. However it’s built up and sometimes I break down crying and feel my skin boil with anger. I can’t do much about anything life has thrown at me nor can anyone else I just want some ideas of an outlet. I try and think on it for a minute be upset and just let it go, I try going for walk or spending alone time to relax, I’ve talked to my partner about my emotions. I just need something else to do with this anger so it doesn’t build up. I’m pregnant and Ik it’s partially hormones and change of medicine I just need an healthy outlet. My main priority is keeping calm and happy as much as I can for me and baby’s health. Any ideas?

@Sandra yes I’m with god and am working on building our relationship stronger than ever before. Ik he has a plan I’m just hoping that it’s getting all the drama life has to offer out of the way so I can enjoy time when my baby comes into this world💜

Girl, I have the exact same thing pretty much however I’m not pregnant anymore, but it did get a lot better after the first year I find I just get frustrated really easily and the best thing to do is try to keep yourself busy or find an outlet. Good luck and congrats on your baby :)

I’m so glad you posted this just because I’m going through the same thing and this makes me feel less alone 😭

You seem to have a good handle on things in your mind, understanding your thoughts and reasons for your feelings. Taking care of the physical feelings on the anger can be more challenging. Went I feel in my body a strong emotion like anxiety or anger I start by splashing the coldest water I can stand on my face to try and disrupt the building of the body sensations that can be so hard. Full body movements to try and release the body tension that can be felt with anger, shaking out your arms and legs, maybe giving them a bit of a massage. And big breaths letting yourself make noises with them, letting out a big “ahhhhhh” with the out breath.

@Zoe that is very helpful thank you 🙏

I'm glad to hear it
