Baby wearing and epidural
For my gals who had an epidural and is experiencing back pain, how are you finding baby wearing, I’ve been really struggling with back and general joint pain recently and every time someone suggests baby wearing so I can get things done I just want to cry as everytime I try I’m in so much pain, has anyone else had this issue?

Thought I was doing ok until I hoovered and mopped today with my baby in the carrier. Currently got a heat pack on as my lower back is really hurting 😩

@Sophie yeah I’ve been the same, trying to be super mum but I’ve found it very hard with my back
I’m exactly the same aswell the past couple of days I’ve been worse🙄 xx

Just had spinal surgery to remove a disc after baby wearing aggrivated an already painful back. Personally id say dont bother if youre already in pain
