Wait until you're fully healed. Yeah it might be hard to get back into the routine but if you don't heal properly you'll push yourself too hard and be out for longer.
Heal. Only do zone 2 walking and gentle stretching. Your core and pelvic floor is engaged in just about every exercise. If you ruin it because you don't want to stop your flow, you could potentially damage yourself and variety you to be down for longer.
I'd keep it up if you feel up to it, but i wouldn't be working out 5 or 6 days a week. If you stick to 3 days a week full body or just try to remain active (still go to gym, just take it easier so you don't lose the habit and it's easier to maintain) but that's a question to ask your doctor, honestly.
