Returning sickness

Has anyone else suffered from returning sickness and nausea?? I was bad throughout my first trimester until around 18 weeks. I’m 23 weeks now and I feel like total rubbish again! Hoping it will pass 🥲!

I have had this! I just turned 24 weeks and had a few bouts of really rough sickness. It seems to be subsiding again though. I think my pregnancy multi vitamins might have been playing a part.

I’ve had constant nausea and I’m 22 weeks tomorrow, no sickness luckily. I have anti sickness from my GP which helps immensely x

I’m the same. Mine subsided when I was 15 weeks and now it’s back at 24 weeks

Just turn 24 week and mini nausea is back... 🤦‍♀️ x

So glad to hear it’s not just me, but how annoying! It’s just hit me out of nowhere and I’ve been totally written off as a result 😫. I’m going on holiday next week so I’m hoping it doesn’t ruin it for me like it did on my last holiday when I first found out I was pregnant 🤞🏼are you taking anything for it that helps? X

@Stacie Not really, it is not as bad as the 1st trimester. I just keep snacking and just keep drinking. Hopefully, yours will go away next week 🤞🏻🤞🏻 x

I’ve also had this and spoke to my midwife and she said it could be my body’s way of dealing with acid reflux so I’ve been popping rennies after big meals and I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel, not sure if it’ll help everyone but thought I’d mention 🥰

@Katie omg it’s funny you should say that, but I’ve been suffering really badly with it this week… again out of nowhere! I’ll definitely try Rennies! Thank you so much 😊x

@Stacie bless you! It’s not nice is it 🤣 Hopefully the rennies help, everytime I feel the nausea wave coming I pop one and 9 times out of 10 it relieves it. Midwife also said it could just be levels of progesterone have remained high, should come down eventually but not always. Fingers crossed for you ♥️ xx

I also forgot to say which may be helpful, I stopped taking omega 3 supplements (that come with some seven seas or pregnacare packs) and that was an instant noticeable difference, and swapped from generic pregnacare to Proceive 2nd trimester as read pregnacare can cause nausea xx
