My baby is going for his first sleepover, he has been doing great with the transition from breast to bottle. I have managed to build up a supply of breast milk which is in my freezer. I am looking for advice on how I can transport this safely as I’m becoming worried it may begin to defrost on then journey. They are only a 20-30 minute drive away. I have a freezer bag and I’m going to be placing freezer blocks within this. Is this enough to keep the milk frozen? TIA x

It sounds like it will definitely be enough. Breast milk can thaw a bit and still be safely re-frozen as long as each bag still has ice crystals/frozen bits still in it.
