Did anyone get PGP during 2nd pregnancy

I have just found out that I am pregnant with my 2nd child. I had PGP when I was pregnant with my daughter, now 2. It started at 10 weeks and was incredibly painful. My mum had it with me and my sister. She was bedridden for the few weeks when she was pregnant with my sister. I am terrified that it will be worse this time round. My mum had a hard time when she was pregnant with me as the condition was not very well known about in the late 80’s. People thought she was mad and being dramatic. She told me that it became more widely known in the 90’s when there was an article about it in a midwifery magazine. She was very supportive during my last pregnancy. What were your experiences?
