@Elle thank you i hope with the warmer months we’ll be able to do more outdoors stuff. I’m defo going to try that. I just can’t function this time without sleep. Being pregnant has made me so tired. I’m so glad for you i hope my next one sleeps throug😭
My son (20 months) was never a great sleeper. He was up consistently every 2 hours for months and months and has only started sleeping through recently. A fixed routine helped and him not being so reliant on us. We rocked him to sleep until about 4 months ago where we switched to sitting by his cot with a hand hold and introduced a favourite teddy for bedtime. I also know he will always sleep better when he’s had a lot of outdoor time and mental stimulation. Unfortunately I think a lot of it is to do with temperament. While I can’t solve the issue, I’m hoping you share my experience in the fact my daughter (7 weeks) is a unicorn baby and a fantastic sleeper. She’s already sleeping through and so much more relaxed than her brother.
