C-section, belly binding and waist training

Belly binding immediately in the hospital they supply one for 2-3 weeks then faja..

You didn’t wear belly binder after?? I couldn’t survive without it I felt like my insides will be everywhere lol

I did not wear the belly binder. I tried it a few times and found it uncomfortable.

I put my on it after a week or so. My incision was super sore before that and didn’t feel good. I’m 5 weeks pp and still wear it sometimes. 😊

I am 7 weeks post partum and I tried to immediately after like 2 days and my incision was leaking fluid, so I stopped and then I was like 4 weeks when I tried again and I just felt super sore and anxious about it , so I waited the 6 weeks and got cleared and now I wear it all day 🙌
