Anyone any idea what this rash might be?

He’s had a low ish fever for 2 days. And now seen this today. He had his jabs last Wednesday

Could it be the beginning of chicken pox? Or could be a bit of a reaction from his jabs, no harm in phoning/popping to the doctor if you're worried 😊
