Expecting my second boy!

The prices of bottles are expensive this second time a round! I’m having a 36/37 week old premature baby due to severe health problems this pregnancy, I’m on SSP because of this, so money is tight! Wondering if a Newborn would be okay drinking from an 8oz bottle? (With an age appropriate teat) …or should I go with the 4oz and be cutting corners somewhere else? 😅❤️

They would be ok, so my LO he did not like the bottles that were 4 oz so I bought different once and he went with the 8 oz when he did have a bottle. Just put only the right amount of oz in it and don't overfeed. Only thing I'd say is they are heavier so might be harder for your LO to hold once they are at the stage to try to hold it. But other than that it's perfectly fine. 👌🏼 😁

My newborn son was using 8oz bottles even though I was putting maybe 1/2 oz of colostrum in them 😂 just check what flow you’re buying a zero flow nipple would be the most appropriate for a new new baby and I’d say by a month-2 old you’d be able to move up to a 1 flow!

I never got any of the small bottles. Why waste money when the bigger ones serve the same purpose? Yes judt get the right nipples for them!
