Is my baby still hungry? I feel awful :(

I breast feed my baby every 3 hours from 7am-4pm then he has a bottle of formula at 7pm and one during the night too. He also has breakfast, mid afternoon snack and dinner. When he breastfeeds he only feeds for 3-4 minutes and doesn't want more when offered but today I made some formula after my feed and gave it to him and he drank the whole bottle...does this mean my milk isn't satisfying him anymore? Also he cries after every meal he has, even though I put a fair amount on his plate. Today he had 3 strips of avocado, fruit puree, 2 rice cakes, and about 6 tbsp broccoli mash... I dunno if I should just switch to formula :( I feel so guilty thinking he might not be satisfied and is always hungry and I don't even know. Please help. Anyone else going through this? I just feel sick
