Hysterically crying

My twins were born in March and my little boy tonight had been hysterically crying for 30 mins now!! I’ve given ibuprofen, me abd my husband are taking it in turns to cuddle him. I ran down and made him some warm cows milks, I’ve never had him cry like this for this long!! He stopped to drink the milk and went straight back to hysterically crying! Anyone had this? I’m lost for what to do! I’ve taken a video as I don’t think it’s normal

Earache? Testicular torsion? Can baby point to what is hurting?

Thanks for reply :). He def doesn’t understand to point to what is hurting. I’ve managed to get him off to sleep now. Holding him. Was actually very scared! Not sure if the ibuprofen kicked in or he just got exhausted! And now my 3 year old has just stood up 👍🏻🙃x

Ahh well i hope he feels better soon 💙

Could be a sore throat and drinking the milk has soothed his throat? I’d get in touch with 111 as they’ll be able to give you advice and possibly get a doctor to check him over. Is he teething? Molars are really painful for some children and can cause hysterical crying x

If it’s a sore throat et numbing spray. It works wonders!! My son has been starving today as each time he swallows he cries. He has a temp and just non stop.
