workout ideas with an ankle sprain?

i haven’t been able to get back to the gym in honestly like 3 years at this point so my go to workout is just walking bc it gets babe fresh air and gets me out of the house for a bit but i re-sprained my ankle again pretty badly this time. i had to go be seen and they thought it might have been a break initially (luckily not) but i was told to stay primarily resting for about a week. and so obviously i can’t go for a walk like i would like to especially because we have stairs and most bed workouts i’ve seen are on the knees (currently skinned the opposite one from my sprained ankle) or things like bridges where you have to be obviously on your feet therefore putting pressure on your ankles anyone have any low intensity off the legs exercises i can just be doing in the meantime or do i have to bum around till i get to be back up and moving about? thanks

Have you looked at any Pilates Mat videos on YouTube? Some Pilates movements don't use ankles or knees

You could do exercises that isolate upper body
