Hey mummies! I wanted to put this message up to get a bit of a feeler for any other mummy’s who enjoy running, but don’t enjoy running alone or find it daunting buggy running for the first time or still do after many times! Myself and some friends are hoping (in the near future) to launch a mummies running group where we can get together as mums and run with (or without) our little ones and feel comfortable and not like we are alone doing something we used to love (or start a new sport with our little ones)! We hope to find a few different locations across Barking & Dagenham and Havering in local parks mostly where we can meet, run and socialise!! NCT does one on a Wednesday in the Hornchurch country park
