We do 5 which includes one that he wakes up at 5am so then it’s 9am, 1pm, 5pm and then I dream feed around 10pm.
@Lisa yes this is what I’m finding. He sleeps through the night so by the time bedtime comes around sometimes the bottles are 90mins apart. I think I’m going to try 4 bigger tomorrow. Thanks!
@Danielle I’ve always struggled with the dream feed. Do they wake up to feed and then settle back? I’m worried if I start dream feeding he’ll get used to being disrupted from his sleep :-/
I’m really lucky he doesn’t actually wake, I just feed him in the dark wind him and then he settles back down till 5am no fuss.
We feed roughly 7.11.3.7 then I dream feed at 10 before i go to bed. Really hoping to drop the dream feed soon!

Omg mine had about 7 still a day and they are all 7oz bottles that he drinks the whole lot 😂 he usually feeds 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, 10pm and 2am 😂is this normal? Xx
We do 4 bottles (8oz each) around 7, 11, 3 and 7 and seems to work much better for us. He doesn't always finish them but I was struggling to do 5 as there wasn't really enough time in the day and the last 2 ended up being really close together.
