mixed nuts, peanut butter and celery

cut up bell peppers. cheese and pepperonis

Watermelon, avocado toast, apples/peanut butter

Peppers and hummus. Cucumbers. Cream cheese and everything seasoning.

Chomp sticks

Eggs. Chicken. Yogurt. Cottage cheese. Those low carb tortillas with turkey, cheese, and salsa. If you haven’t tried blending cottage cheese, you are missing out! Can blend and add sweetener and any fruit for a sweet treat, or add ranch seasoning and eat with veggies. I love yogurt with chia and cocoa powder mixed in, topped with the chocolate nature valley protein granola too. I also tend to add chia seeds, hemp hearts, and nutritional yeast to a lot of my food for some extra boost :) Fair life protein drinks
