@Anna I’ve been seeing a bunch of videos of women who are active gym goers and they have before and after pics. You can see the difference and I’m a novice, I wasn’t sure if there was common knowledge of how to make sure you’re working them the right way? Lol idk if that makes sense
Exercise selection and technique are the two things that matter for glute work. If you got those two right and follow the program consistently you will start seeing progress soon!
If your glutes are sore then chance are you were using them. What exactly do you mean by activated? Any exercise that includes hip extension will work your glutes. Hip abduction is glutes too.
