Infacol

My baby is so unsettled after feeds and crying constantly and arching her back etc, I’ve got infacol but can’t seem to get her to take it? It says to give the whole syringe but how am I meant to do that? I’m so desperate for her to stop crying it’s stressing me out so much😭

My little boy is 3 weeks old tomorrow. We also give him infacol. When he’s due a feed I’ll lay him in my arms and do the syringe into his mouth . Then put his dummy in and then change his bum before feed which gives time for it to work its magic . Took a few attempts to get it right into her mouth to start with xxx

@Amanda do you do little drops at a time or just the whole syringe in one? X

Whole syringe in one xx

The midwife said we could also put it into the milk just before giving it to our baby, maybe try that if she’s super fussy!🩷🫶🏼

@Abi I do little bits at a time, every baby will be different at taking it. Some easier than others. Other things to look into are coleif and dentanox. Gripe water worked really well with our first born but think they have to be so many weeks to use that xx
