For my first two I lost everything quickly and without doing anything but this time around I am always hungry and I'm snacking soooo bad 😞 I just can't help it! Anyway, I'm sorry I'm not more helpful but at least you're not alone! 😅😅
I’m trying to do 15 min workout each day if I can 🤞🏻 and just trying to eat more protein, think it’s more of a long game though for me anyway🫣
Sigh it’s so hard, i know our bodies did something amazing and it took 9 months for all of these changes but i am 20kg heavier and just feeling so deflated over it
Following because same! I'm just starving hungry alllll the time recently 😩 fruit or salad doesn't fill me at all so finding it so hard to eat healthy! I'm trying to get out and walk more, but that just makes me even hungrier so I can't win 😅
