A Kiss Means I Love You by Kathryn Allen is so sweet and has pictures of real babies so your kid will love it even more. The going to bed book by Sandra Boynton. And to be honest...literally any book can be read to them at bedtime if they have any favourites depending in their age.
I registered my little girl with the local library. I borrow a couple of books for a few weeks at a time. Got a favourite bedtime book that I read every night as part of her routine but also read a couple of random ones that we own too before bed.
