EHCP

My daughter got EHCP but her pre school done hers at time. Can't remember if gave anything for address. I know that gave hospital lettes and and reports just to have evidence.

Following because we’ve just applied for my sons. His nursery helped us a lot

His nursery started the application and supplied evidence. We had referrals to paediatrics, speech and language therapy and a child psychologists, all who reviewed him and supplied evidence. It took 25 weeks for the process to complete. it’s supposed to be max 20 but during this process we did move homes and they said the process was paused over the 6 week summer holidays so all that led to us going over the 20 week max. Photo ID & a utility bill to confirm address

We applied for ours & gave evidence from nursery myplans, speech & language therapy & waiting list letters for Autism. They declined ours at first however, nursery provided extra evidence & the decision was overturned, he’s now on an EHCP. What do you mean about verifying the address? X
