Vaginal mucus postpartum
So I’m 10 weeks pp and I have noticed in the last two days a long, stringy mucus coming out of me twice when i was in the shower & used the bathroom…very similar to pregnancy mucus plug consistency…but like, a lot. I asked google/AI and it said it’s probably cervical mucus and I could be ovulating but I’m solely breastfeeding and haven’t gotten my period back yet.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I think that means youre ovulating. I’ve had some of that too since giving birth and my ob said it probably means I’m ovulating. Still haven’t gotten my period yet tho 🤷🏻♀️ when you say it’s long and stringy how long is it?
Yes, I had similar. My midwife said to imagine the amount repair work that's going on inside you right now. It continues to repair for months post childbirth. She was not concerned at all, but if you're worried, you should ask your health care professional - you know your body best. Xx
That happened to me about 9 weeks … then I started my period 😩
