How often do you take it? I stop after i have had my 💩 because i don’t want to overstimulate my bowls but i also don’t feel like that helps my situation

@Kloë bless you 😂 do you still continue to take it after it works or lower the dose?
I just do that every night so I can go. If I don’t I can’t go. Put im on iron too which doesn’t help!
@Kloë i am pretty much like that on a normal day pre pregnancy but has never effected me, i am currently on progesterone suppositories though so that also doesn’t help with constipation i might try taking it twice a day every day
