We do bath around 8pm, then get in pjs, book, milk, astronaut light on ceiling for 10 mins and then start settling down around 8.45. Asleep normally by 9.15 the latest. He normally sleeps through till 4/5am and wakes for feed, Nappy - then feed and then he goes back down till 8 ish. He is 3 months. Hope this helps. It just what works for us xx

Up at 6:30-7, nap 11-1, nap 3-5 and then 6-6:30 bed till next morning. Sometimes wakes about 3-4am for nappy and bottle. Bottle when wakes and same before nap. Activity in between could be just singing, listening to audiobook on Spotify (plenty in a playlist) or I fit in a walk with the dog while he naps in the pram. Bedtime routine starts with half a bottle when he wakes, bath/shower, massage with oils and some music on in background. Bottle and bed however at moment his bed is pram as he's trying to fight it with teething so just take him around the block in pram after his last bottle and leave him in bassinet until morning when he wakes being no different to his cot anyway. This isn't totally strict either like won't force him to stay awake but majority of the days this is general rule/aim x

My baby girl is 3 months tomorrow ☺️ she sleeps at 11pm 😮‍💨 until 2 or 3 am then sleep all the way til 9am I’m wondering how I can create a better routine myself , since I’ll be going to work soon

Bathtime 8:00pm then final feed, he is usually asleep about. 8:30/45 ish wakes about 7:30/8 am. Daytime I just look out for ques and wing it🤣 my son is 17 weeks xx

15 weeks and we have a loose routine most days. 7am wake - nappy change and feed 8am - back to sleep 10:30am wake - activities or whatever is planned for the day. Naps, feeds and nappy changes are on demand following her cues 6:00pm - bath 6:20pm - massage/moisturise, PJs, feed 6:45pm - spends time with us 8:30pm - feed, nap 10:00pm - wake, nappy change and head upstairs, spends time with us 11:00pm - final feed, sleeps through til 7am The only strict part (and even then can be loose at times) of this is from bath time until first wake in the morning. Day times are very loose and based on her cues.

•Wake up between 6-7am to feed 6oz, •nap 9am for 30-60 mins, •bottle 11ish 5oz • back for another nap between 1-2 hours, •another bottle 5oz around 1pm, •another nap for up an hour, •next bottle around 5pm 5oz •bed & bath time is 8-8:30pm with a 6oz bottle she’ll sleep through from that time until 6-7am. In between that time we will play but we go for a walk every day around 6km so she will sleep in her bassinet during the full time. My LO is 16 weeks & transitioning from 5oz to 6oz bottles xx

My little boy is 3 months old, this routine has been working for us for about 10 days now xxx - wake & feed at 7, 7oz - nap 8.30 - bottle 10, 7oz - nap 11.30 - bottle 1, 7oz - bottle 4, 7oz - nap 6.30 - bath 7.30 - bottle 8, 8oz - bed 9/9.30 - wakes 7am

Thank you ladies for your suggestions ❤️ These are roughly along the lines of how I’ve been trialling things, except my girly doesn’t wake up till gone 9 😅

@Charlotte oh well enjoy it!! 🤣

100% 😍

My baby goes to bed between 7-8 typically, wakes a few times in the night and gets up properly around 7. She then naps every 1.45-2hrs with play in between. Fed on demand as breast fed but typically every 2.5-3hrs. Bedtime routine is taken upstairs, changed, put into sleep sack, taken into bedroom in the dark with white noise, fed and then put into her cot. On bath days, she goes up a little earlier and has her bath before changing.

My little boy is 13 weeks and combi fed. He usually goes to sleep 9pm and then wakes 4am for a feed then back to sleep till 7am (wakes up for school run) If he has a bottle between 8-9pm he sleeps better then if he has it 7pm ish. Bath before bed definitely helps
