I have been trying to avoid bubbles while bagging breast milk for freezing, but they all end up having a big bubble in there anyway. Now I’m worried that’s gonna affect the milk I have stored so far for the last two months! Any thoughts if they are still fine?

Yes totally fine. I usually have 1 bubble of air in mine too. Getting the air out helps to freeze flat and avoid freezer burn. One bubble won’t make much difference. It’s hard to get it all out!

I learned this trick on YouTube that really helps! https://youtube.com/shorts/ThTFeuS-Nfg?si=X7ZB1PnUU91PXpjt
