Night pumps are so important and when I get the most milk, but let’s face it we all need more sleep. With baby sleeping anywhere between 5.5 & 8.5 hours and not nursing, how much time are you going between baby’s last feed and pumping? I feel like 3 hours is recommended and I try to do that but I’m definitely Hitting snooze some. How many hours are you going?

I do 4 and recently started doing 4.5 to space it out further. You could slowly increase time every few days if you would rather get a bit extra sleep!

I go 4/5 hours! I try to do a pump at 11:30pm before going to sleep and then have an alarm at 4am for my MOTN pump. I usually snooze it a bit though, so I pump by 5am. I honestly have found this has helped my supply and I’m getting more than when I was pumping at 3am and 6am. I still do 8 pumps per day though
Okay that makes me feel better, I sometimes set my alarm for 3.5 hours after I nurse her to sleep but 4 hours would be nice too

Somewhere between 4-5 hours usually. Sometimes it’s a little longer. Usually I pump once during the night. Either after my little one has nursed or if he sleeps longer and I feel the need to pump.
Yes! If I wake up in a pool of milk I’m like okay FIIIINE I’ll get up.
I just set my timer for 4 hours at the beginning of my pump before I go to bed. Hopefully it’ll feel like I’m getting some extra sleep.

I wear pads in my bra/shirt that prevent that from happening. Like last night I woke up and had the need to empty them. Since my son was asleep and I WASN’T waking him, I pumped. Ended up pumping 6.76 ounces of milk.

6 hrs max

I do my last pump at around 11:50 pm and then wake up at 4 or 4:50 am to pump again. But then I go back to bed. I'm 12 wpp so I've very slowly spaced my pumps out. I pump 5-7 times per day but usually only 6. The longest stretch I go without pumping is 6 hours usually.

You just have to play around and see what works. I don’t wake up to pump while my baby is sleeping and it doesn’t seem to impact my supply. She’s still nursing an average of 12 times a day so even though she often sleeps 8 hours I’m still removing milk frequently throughout the day.

My last pump is between 8-10 pm before bed and I don’t pump again until 6 or 7 am… I do nurse 1 boob at night every time he wakes up
