Snap. We are hoping this is early regression so we are giving it another three weeks which will be the total sleep regression period (6 weeks) if no improvement we are starting sleep training as we can't go on like this.
There’s light at the end of the tunnel I promise! You’ll get through this regression (currently in the 4month sleep regression with my second) I have 2 under 2 & I’m currently unwell it’s been a long few weeks! Add the fact my toddler has never slept well. It does get easier just hold in there and remember coffee is your best friend 😁
My 4 month old wakes up every 2-3 hrs too for a bottle just exhausting
I second what Becci has said, I’m on my 2nd and my toddler was the worst sleeper for 10months, then he suddenly started sleeping through the night (we didn’t sleep train). My 4month old luckily slept really well from early on but this 4month sleep regression hit and he was waking every hour, sometimes every 2hrs. Just know it’s a phase and will pass, ride it out and remember you’ve got this 🫶🏼 I have found co-sleeping does help them go longer stretches.
Unfortunately it’s normal, I know it doesn’t help but be grateful it’s not more frequently at this age.
My LO wakes every 2/3 hours and has since birth! It's been a miracle on the odd night where we've had a stretch of sleep that's been 3-4 hours
