Not sure I’m actually able to help, but I’m in a very similar position with my boy. Literally just this week, I’ve downloaded Huckleberry and paid for the plus version, which comes up with a sleep schedule based on his actual sleeps. So it’s not “fixing” his sleep, but it’s helping me to know what to expect of him. Like yesterday, he had quite a few long daytime naps, so it told me that he would be ready for bedtime at around 10pm. So by 9:30ish, I started breastfeeding him in the bedroom, when he went to sleep, he was completely knockout, so I could transfer him to his next to me and go downstairs. Having said this, I know the 4 month sleep development is coming soon, so who knows how that will be 😅

@Amy ohh I’ll have a look at that app is it actually any good ?

I’m only 3 days into the paid version, so I’m not 100% sure yet. I think there is a free 7 day trial (I did mine in the early days and forgot to actually use it). So if you do at least 3 days of recording her sleep times, maybe start the free trial.

Personally don't bother with the apps! That's where I went wrong with my first she's just turned 2 and her sleep is only just getting good. Make sure baby wakes same time every morning and put down same time every night, mine is nearly 4 months and he sleeps through the night 80% of the time. But then I'm also a strong believer in either baby sleeps or doesn't sleep at all🤣my eldest literally had me up every two hours for the first 18 months of her life. Also they establish their own routine just keep an eye on it, mine has a nap every two hours, BUT he is bottle fed xx

We start bedtime at 7ish, she will be in her crib asleep for 8/8:30 she’ll sleep until 7:30am but with 2 wake ups. I can leave then room but I’ve read so much saying we’re supposed to stay with them when they sleep that I find myself back in bed at 9ish myself 😂 Apparently this is the age you’re meant to start a routine as they learn night from day.

I have not done any routines at all with my boy however I’ve kept an eye on his waking and sleeping times as well as his wake windows. He will wake up between 8-9am and will have naps every 2 hours. I give his last bottle from 6-6:30pm and he’ll have a bit and then the rest just before bed which is around 8pm and asleep by 8:30pm

No rountine other than nappy change, into sleeping bag and then breastfed usually to sleep in our room. I transfer him into his next to me once he’s properly asleep 💤 He’s up every 1-2 hours I am running on nothing most the time… huckleberry has been helping me I’ve been using it for about 4 days and for my son the nap time predictions are SPOT ON it’s actually weird how accurate it is xx

We have a very strict bedtime routine and my little one sleeps 1930-0600 every night. Every baby is different though.☺️

my daughter is four months, I don’t really have a routine as such, but I take her to bed at the same time every night and I make sure the room is dark and quiet so she knows that it’s bedtime and I’ve been doing that since she was born because I have two other children that have a routine too so I’ve just kind of followed the same routine and she’s picked it up since then, so she sleeps from about 9 the latest to 7in the morning but my first daughter was a terrible sleeper😂and for the first year of her life she would not sleep through the night and I’d be up at midnight or 3 am with her lol, I think that every baby is different. All you can do is try your best, keep up the routine you have and your daughter will get used to it. x
