I'm thinking about bringing home a cupcake filled with either blue or pink frosting (depending on what we're having) and having my husband bite into it. I'm keeping it simple and sweet just for us.

Go to your favorite restaurant and order one thing if it’s a boy and a different thing if it’s a girl. I gave this idea to my sister and BIL and they loved it! They went to a dessert shop and if it was a boy they wanted a cannoli and if it was a girl they wanted a chocolate chip cookie and handed the envelope with the results to the server. And it was a girl! They said it was so fun and exciting waiting to see what the server brought out.

I gave a baker the results of my gender test and had him create a cake with the frosting color based on boy or girl. My family and I will cut into it tonight to see the gender. I’ll be surprised as well!
