Advice

So I’m getting like really down lately me and my sons father been together 2 years we have a 10 month old no matter what I say it’s as I’m the issue I’m constantly basically begging for help in the middle of the night it never happens if I don’t get something done in the house it’s “what did you do all day “ if I try taken a day to my self it’s “do you think tomorrow you can do this n this n that” I’m the one who mainly cooks also the last 2 days he did cooks because he wanted to try n make something he seen online that’s the only reason he had off today n I asked him when he was coming home he said after the gym welp he fished at the gym an decided to go play ball then comes home (at this point I’m not home I wasn’t waitinggg allll day doing nothing) I get home 20 min after him he turns around an leaves again I’m at my ends I love him but I’m honestly exhausted he feel asleep on the couch the other day and my son woke up wanting more milk I went got him more milk as I walked out of his room back into mine he just up off the couch and say wtf are u doing I said what I just got (so n so ) milk he then snatch a pillow and slams the door shut next morning says why r u mad I explained he’s like well I thought u were up to something like whatttttttttt n this is not the first time n he blames it on being “half asleep “ I just feel as nothing im doing is good enough opinions on this situation/advice on it
