Travel activities for airplanes

I’m taking my daughter to Turkey on the 2nd of June just before her birthday, what activities/toys are good for flying?? My daughter was a nightmare last year going to Greece and I want this one to be a bit easier but she gets bored super easily. We are taking the Amazon tablet but wanting toys without the screen!

Following, we go to Corfu end of the month and will be taking the tablet but want to avoid or limit if possible

Hey. Top advice, don’t feel guilty about the screens, it’s gives you all a much needed break, preserves your sanity in a stressful environment and it’s a one off! Ours has very little screen time and loved having a bit more as a treat on the plane- his attention span lasts 5 mins otherwise. I took so many activities and he has absolutely no interest- just wanted to eat snacks and run up and down the aisle lol. I bought loads of little cheap activities from SHEIN that he liked when we arrived though

Sticker books, colouring books x

I think two is a lot easier to fly with. One is a nightmare. I would just bring an iPad and download stuff they like. Maybe a coloring book, and some cheap toys from the dollar store. Bring lots of snacks. Bring those blow up stool things so they can sleep laying down. That helped when we flew to Japan.

My daughter has been on 8 flights with me and we have another upcoming holiday in 2 weeks, I usually book early morning flights / late night flights so she sleeps majority of the flight! I’ve always packed loads of toys but she’s actually never played with any of them. She’s defo more into colouring / activity books now so I’d take a few of them, reading books, and defo iPad / tablet with films downloaded xx
