Best eczema cream?

Can anyone recommend any good creams for eczema for my 5 month old please? I've been given Epimax but it's gotten worse since using that. I've also tried Aveeno Baby emollient cream but that didn't do anything either. The GP said to just keep trying creams until we find one that works but these things aren't cheap to keep buying them and for them not to work. Please help a mumma out đŸ˜©

Can't advise on the best one as we've only just started using one for my baby's dry skin/eczema. For what it's worth, I'm using La Roche Posy Baby Lipikar. What I've noticed in the last couple of weeks since I started using it, is that the spots come and go.. And my GP advised me to continue using the same moisturiser for now, as the eczema takes months to clear up.

No clue but the only things that have worked with my 20 month old is a mixture of Cetaphil, Sanex kids for soap/ head and shoulders for shampoo, Zeroderm prescribed and a strong steroid cream. It took 9 months for us to figure it out with the doctors and still now have no clue but he seems to be clearing up.

Organic extra virgin coconut oil has been working on my baby's eczema & my own!

we tried possibly 6 different cream and Epaderm works best for us.

Have found dermexa good, but hers isn’t servere (that might be the Aveeno one you tried already). I don’t think Epimax is good, and heard it shouldn’t be used on face, which I hadn’t realised.

Tried eczema creams but only thing that works for my 3mo is bepanthen nappy cream
