Anxiety in pregnancy

I’m worried my anxiety will affect my growing baby. Any moms out there who have healthy babies and had anxiety during pregnancy?

My baby is completely healthy and I had constant anxiety attacks and crash outs during my pregnancy. He's the happiest baby I've ever seen too It's not proven, but it's a common belief that people who are anxious or depressed during pregnancy tend to have happier babies Whether or not that's true, I can promise that your baby is okay and YOU will be okay ❤️ The anxiety is normal and honestly a healthy sign that the placenta is developing well since anxiety and depression are two things it is famously responsible for causing

I have pretty bad anxiety, baby came out very healthy. She is super happy, smiley baby, so don’t worry at all. I was worried about if my anxiety affect my baby, but that’s just another anxiety to give us anxiety

I have always been an anxious person and my 3 year old son was a very happy baby and toddler x

He is still very happy now. He loves cracking jokes 😃 and is very playful with a fabulous imagination x

I delivered a healthy baby and literally told the hospital that i wasn’t ready to go home with him because of my mental health. Bestbaby in the world!! I love him. He’s so chilled! But the hospital gave me resources that still helps me til this day (10 months later). I never took steps into helping my mental health until than and that was my second baby. I refused to suffer like i did with my first love. Who’s an Amazing, intelligent and active 3 year old. Postpartum can hit real hard! Make a game plan with a group of medical professionals if you can.

Healthy babies are born from manic, depressed, and psychotic moms. Just focus on managing the day to day and don't stress about what is or isn't being done to your baby. It causes more stress!
