Oat milk to drink

I switched my little girl over to oat milk (she has cmpa) around the age of 1. I have always offered her 8oz in morning and 8oz before bed. She used to leave 1/2 ounces but for the past week or so she is downing the bottles and finishing every last drop and sometimes crying because she wants more. Is she going through a growth spurt and would you still continue to offer 8oz or would you offer more if she is crying for more? She sleeps through the night so she can’t be hungry otherwise she’d wake up wanting more (although she is waking earlier than usual - sometimes just before 5am)? But I just feel awful if I’m denying her more because she’s crying for it or could she just be testing me to see if I would give her more if she cries for it 🤣

We used to give her that but since reading on here that there are other cheaper alternatives that are fortified we now use Tescos own brand which has vitamins added to it plus we give her vitamins every morning x

that’s good to know! I did 9oz this evening and she left about half an ounce but I’m happy knowing she’s full and obviously didn’t need the extra half ounce tonight! X

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
