C section and having another baby?

So I had a c section for my baby I had in june, still have abit of numbness in my lower belly. Didn’t know if I would need to speak to a doctor only before considering getting pregnant again. Also, I think you can have a vagina bath after a C-section, but I just didn’t know if anyone knew any information about this or they suggest normally to have another C-section.

I'd at least ask them ❤️ i asked my midwife about if I have another baby, she said you can have two c-sections and still have a vaginal birth, but after that no. But i think it's also depending if you had any complications etc x

You can certainly have a vaginal birth after c section, as long as you’re informed about the risks of scar rupture - it’s an incredibly small risk but it is . The other complication is a slight increase in chance of placenta accretia (where the placenta attaches deeper into the side of the uterus/scar site), but this would be picked up at your 20 week scan.

I’ve known plenty of women to have vaginal births after c section, even birthing at home can still be perfectly safe.

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Hi guys so I’m 25 weeks today and I haven’t felt the baby kick at all yet at the scans she’s moving constantly that it’s hard to get the right measurements my first pregnancy was cryptic so I just want suggestions from one worried mother

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?
