Breast pump

I use momcozy M5 and a haakaa when breastfeeding! both really great😊 M5 is on a pricier side but can buy on vinted also so less, Id say generally worth an investment

Spectra s1 is hospital grade and works for me

Elvie is brilliant used it for both of mine - I would recommend getting 2 if you can, as it cuts your pumping time in half.

Eg I’m doing 15 min on each boob every 3 hrs = 8 times a day which is a total of 2 hrs pumping for each boob every day.

If I didn’t have the double pump I’d be doing 4 hrs a day instead of 2 which is an extra 14 hrs a week!!! Totally worth it to get two imo 😅🤪
