Nappy cream

What creams are the best for nappy rash now? Always swore by metanium with my first child but it’s since been discontinued.

I've never used anything other than sudocrem. I've sworn by it for all 7 of mine and my grandson and will do for number 8 too.

This was also a god send for me with my first. Was gutted they stopped it. I’ve tried a few things and find Metanium everyday ointment is the closest. It’s the same texture / paste consistency but just white. It’s working well for the nappy rashes - not a quick to clear up but near enough.
