Just remember that they are there to help you and give you information- plus you get to her and see your baby! I can relate though, I could barely sleep the night before. It’ll be okay

What fears do you have and why? Maybe you can find out why you’re scared and then go from there? Find a doctor that best suits your needs. Research tons of doctors that take your insurance and read their reviews! You’ll find a great one.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. You're totally not alone though. Doctors in general can be overwhelming. Something I'm learning is though I'm worried I remind myself through the whole appointment, I am a strong mama, and I can do this. I'm meeting with a new doctor actually and I'm a bit nervous for the first appointment. But ya know what, if I decide she's not the right fit there are billions of other doctors for me and baby to see. If you're nervous though and can't get to a doctor. Please look into a Midwife or a doula 💗 Praying for you hun💗
