December 2025 Babies 🇺🇸

Last night my 6 year old daughter was playing with my 8month old son... she decided to throw a small plastic ball at him. I didn't see it happen but I heard him screaming in pain like he was really hurt. I asked her over and over what happened and she wouldn't tell me. My husband got her to tell us she threw it at him on purpose and she eventually admitted she did it just because she wanted to hurt him. 💔 my daughter is from my first marriage and she does get jealous of the new baby.

Has anyone ever dealt with this? Im so scared she might try to hurt him again 😭 it left a red welt on his back. I'm going to take her to counseling... but I'm also due with another boy in November and I just feel really nervous about this behavior.

Anyone else here? Because I'm struggling with it hard-core at the moment.

SAHM in the process of building a few businesses with a long term view in the consumer product, real estate, venture, etc areas. Would love to connect with others in a similar place in life.

As much as I see interesting and possibly aligned people from Manhattan, Jersey City, even downtown Brooklyn…unless they are nearer to my neighborhood or we are meeting up to go grocery shopping or go to IKEA. I’m probably not going to have time to meet them. Even if I WANT to be that park walk type of person.

Has anyone else’s 8 month old been whining almost non stop . The only time he doesn’t is when he’s actually happy about something . I’ll have him in his bouncer and he’s fine for a second then stops. He does it while he’s eating , an hour before his nap or bed time and it’s hard to get him to stop. It’s driving me insane because I have an issue with repetition and he makes the same noises over and over . It’s not really a whine it’s almost like frustration or something . How can I break him from this habit? Also he not has 4 teeth which he recent cut 2 on the top so I don’t think it’s that since they’re out a decent amount. Also he’s been waking up weird recently since his dad switched jobs and is now home . His old sleep schedule would be 9:30-9:30 and sometimes he’d wake up at 11p-2a then go back to sleep until at least 9 . But now he falls asleep whenever he’s cranky so it could be anywhere from 8-10 . But I try to push him to at least 9 unless he’s super cranky . But he’ll wake up at 2 then 4 which I understand because that’s when my husband wakes up for work . But he’ll wake up at 6 or 8 instead of 9 and I’m struggling again with sleep so I co sleep in the early mornings (I’m not a morning person and I don’t do well when I’m sleep deprived , he has a spit up issue so I have bad anxiety about feeding him after getting him from his crib because he takes foreverrrrrr to eat in the early mornings and I start falling asleep . If he sleeps with me he sleeps longer than in the crib . Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

What themes are you guys doing for your baby’s first?? I have a few in mind but I can’t narrow it down for the life of me.

1. The first theme I’d based off the saying “This isn’t my first rodeo” and I would do Her First Rodeo lol

2. Haven’t slept ONE bit, and it would be a pajama party, with star and moon decora and my girl loves breakfast foods so I thought that could be cute

3. Birthday Theme! It’s going viral on social media & honestly it’s very cute and simple. I appreciate just the colors and fun & the idea of it being something so easy to decorate for is something I’m loving lol
