We did it in porridge first then on French toast then some honey ham. Every food is an allergen until proven not. I knew a couple people one was allergic to peas full anaphylaxis and another to mushrooms. These food are usually considered to be none allergens. I would use a safe food like porridge or toast to introduce it first especially if odd allergies run in the family

@Maria I had a reaction to kiwi during my pregnancy and I've seen loads of people say kiwi isn't an allergen. Just because it's not on the list of the most common allergies doesn't mean it's not. I used to work with kids and had 1 that was allergic to E numbers
