Typically wait for 12 weeks to start impact training for running. Before that start with a lot of pelvic floor and hip retraining to be able to handle the impact and amount of ground contacts that are required with running. Waist trainers would not be what you need
Do not start running until your pelvic floor is healed, strengthened and ready to run. Pelvic floor physical therapy will help way more than a waist trainer. Waist trainers can cause pelvic floor and core issues.
Hi, I’m sorry I don’t have a suggestion. I am following along for the comments. I am also 7 weeks PP (unplanned c-section). I’m going to start actually exercising again this week!
