How do you moms stay regulated throughout the day? Kids can feed off of our moods and energy but it has been such a struggle for me to not lose my cool at times. I rarely get time to myself or a break so I feel like this could be a big part of it as well.

Yeah its so hard.
I can Only really do it through, getting sleep, eating well, taking rests and having some space (even if that means we use tablet etc for ours to have sime screen time so i can just have a break)

Its really so hard. Even then its hard

Man it is a struggle, I don't remember what regulated feels like lol

Walking away. Also talking to myself lol. I'll say kind things to myself in the other room. Like "don't take it personal, it's all gonna be fine in a minute" ect ect.
It also helps to vent.
My therapist visit weeks I feel a lot more calm than the weeks I don't chat w her
Thank you ladies, maybe it would be good to look into a therapist for myself as well
